This past month, we worked on a lakefront condo at Samoset at Winnipesaukee Association in Gilford. This home sees a large amount of moisture, humidity and normal wear and tear. The homeowner asked us to remove all the carpet and install vinyl plank in the kitchen, living room, dining area, stairs and upper living space and replace it with a waterproof flooring.

Authentic Plank is a 9” x 60” wide plank flooring. It comes in 6 traditional wood shades and 6 varied shades in designer colors. The details of this flooring feature grain, knot and natural wood patterns.
