I cannot speak highly enough of Lighthouse. We finished our attic space and honestly, it was the most professional experience we have ever had. We were given a budget and timeframe which was quite specific. Jeremy managed our project and both were exactly in line with what we were quoted. He was fantastic. We were sent weekly pictures to show the progress which was very helpful since this is a vacation home. There was full transparency throughout the entire process. Every subcontractor was exceptional as well. We would certainly recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Five stars all the way!

After purchasing a waterfront condo on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, we hired Lighthouse Contracting Group to renovate the entire unit. We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy Doucet on the complete renovation of our Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, 3 Bathrooms from top to bottom. He also put in new windows and we had him redo our back deck. The entire renovation came out absolutely perfect. His crew was always professional and courteous.

So it was with great trepidation that we decided to buy a summer condo in New Hampshire that required extensive renovations. You guys listened to what we were looking for and offered your experienced insight throughout the design and build process. What a departure from our previous experience! All of the prep work including measurements, the choosing and purchasing of materials, including appliances, was carefully coordinated so that your team started on-time and finished on schedule as promised and agreed to. Record snowfall, even for NH, didn’t sway their progress against the plan. It’s obvious that you take a lot of pride in your work and it certainly shows in the quality results delivered to us. We were ambitious with this project with totally gutting the kitchen and upgrading 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, the living room and dining room. The carpentry, painting, tile, granite, and hardwood work is outstanding. Your selection of outstanding subcontractors and your overall management of the project really set you aside Jeremy.
