We specialize in high-end residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, and whole-house renovations.
Our office is located at 104 Lily Pond Road, Gilford, New Hampshire. Our home renovation projects are typically within a 30-minute radius of Gilford, NH, covering the beautiful Lakes Region.

DESIGN-BUILD PROCESS
The design-build process is a streamlined approach where we manage both the design and construction phases of your project, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
The timeline varies based on the project’s scope and complexity. Typically, design can take a few weeks to several months, followed by the construction phase. For example, a smaller project may take 4-8 months to plan and a larger 10-16 months to plan.
After an initial phone consultation, is our on-site consultation, which usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. During this meeting, we’ll get to know you better and start building a strong working relationship. We’ll walk through the space together, ask questions, and gather all the information we need to present you with a pre-construction agreement. Our goal is to make sure we have a clear understanding of your needs and goals, so we can provide you with the best possible solutions for your project when we present you with a pre-construction agreement.

Yes, we provide 3D renderings to help you visualize your project before construction begins.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We use an advanced project management tool, BuilderTrend, to keep track of timelines, ensuring that project milestones are completed accordingly.
Jeremy Doucet, remodeling consultant, will be your main contact during the pre-construction phase of your project. Once production begins, you will have a dedicated certified lead carpenter who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process. Get to know our skilled employees!
During the production phase of your project we provide daily updates, including weekly meetings and progress reports, to keep you informed every step of the way.
COST AND PAYMENTS
At Lighthouse Contracting Group, we estimate project costs by creating a detailed scope of work and establishing a preliminary budget range before entering a pre-construction contract. This ensures transparency and accuracy in our cost estimates.
We accept various payment methods, including checks, ACH payments and bank transfers. Specific details will be discussed during the contract signing.
QUALITY AND WARRANTY
We offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on our workmanship and the materials used in your project. Specific details will be provided in your contract. We take pride in our quality craftsmanship and stand behind our work, addressing any reasonable issues that may arise even beyond the one-year warranty period.
