ABOUT LCG
Jeremy Doucet, the owner of Lighthouse Contracting Group, grew up in the Lakes Region and loves the area with all it has to offer. He began his career in tile and flooring. That was 20 years ago! He immediately had an eye for detail and the desire to create something.
Jeremy believes his work is a craft of art and he enjoys having a different and new challenge. He specialized in custom tile showers for 4 years until he realized the need for better representation in the industry.
Lighthouse Contracting Group provides comprehensive design/build and general contracting services for residential homes all over the Lakes Region. We are committed to meeting our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations by delivering the highest quality materials and exacting craftsmanship at the best value possible.

Bill Wood
Certified Lead Carpenter
Bill is a master craftsman having spent 17 years bringing home visions to life in the Lakes Region community. He has spent the majority of his career working side by side with his father. As a result, he has an eye and expertise for excellence. Bill has a variety of skills and can be found doing everything from custom carpentry to intricate tiling. On a personal note, Bill is a local to the area and is also a husband and father to two children.

Cody MacPherson
Certified Lead Carpenter
Cody joins the LCG Team with 1.5 years at NHTI Concord’s Community College. At college, his focus was on Architectural Engineering and Design. While attending school, Cody was a concrete worker. Always keeping his career in mind, he found a job in metal roofing. After spending a year learning that trade, he advanced into carpentry. He experienced working on home renovation projects from frame to finish. During his free time, Cody enjoys hiking and snowboarding.

David Allaire
Production Manager
Having worked in construction and woodworking since his teens, David has decades of custom, high-end finishing experience. When he’s not managing a project or visiting a job site (always with a hot coffee in hand!), David can be found gardening (he especially loves house plants), painting, tinkering, making furniture, biking, or rubbing fuzzy animal tummies.

Jason Chilvers
Journeyman Carpenter
Jason began his career with Lighthouse after meeting Jeremy at the Huot Technical Center. He showed a willingness to work hard and an eagerness to learn. Jason worked with Lighthouse as an apprentice for 1 year. Since graduating from Gilford High School, he is now working full time for LCG as a journeyman carpenter. NH Home Builders recently awarded him with the Joseph Cerutti Scholarship for outstanding individuals preparing for a career in construction or trades field. Jason is originally from Quebec, CA and loves to skateboard and spend time with his family and friends during his free time.

Josh Bolduc
Journeyman Carpenter
Josh started his remodeling career with classes at the Huot Technical Center where he also attended OSHA 10 training. After graduation, he spent 5+ years working for local general contractors and builders before hearing about Lighthouse Contracting from Bill Wood. Josh has experience building everything from foundations to roofs. His favorite remodel projects are kitchens. During his free time, you can find Josh outdoors at a bonfire or playing billiards with family.

Aaron Brunt
Journeyman Carpenter
Aaron works part time for the LCG Team. His experience in the manufacturing, automotive and remodeling industry have prepared him well for this role. Aaron prefers process and procedure, customer service and a clean job site. During his time off, he enjoys time with his fiancé and dog. He even writes music on the side!

Kelsea Doucet
Project Coordinator
Kelsea recently transitioned from her career in education to joining the Lighthouse Contracting Team. As Jeremy’s wife, she has had the unique perspective of watching the business grow and develop. Kelsea is excited to have the opportunity to become part of Lighthouse. If she is not in the office or on the job site she can usually be found adventuring with her family, including her two daughters, and her friends. Skiing, hiking, and boating are a few of her favorite things.
