SHOWCASE CONDO RENOVATION

This 2+ bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo was completely gutted to create the client’s dream home. The kitchen layout was completely changed to create a cleaner work space. The master closet & bathroom were reconfigured for a better use of space.

The Success Story

This was a large project including all new interior doors, trim, flooring, windows & doors. Both the deck & enclosed porch were remodeled as well. We expanded the porch, added removable storm glass panels for off season use and installed a tile floor for a more finished look. All the windows & doors were replaced with Pella units & featured a pre-finished interior with retractable screens & blinds between the glass.

The master bath & closet were completely reconfigured and feature a woman’s vanity, custom tile shower with fold down teak bench and custom built shelving in the closets. We built a custom entertainment center on the lower level with flipper doors for a television, adjustable shelving standards for the bookcases on either side and an enamel finish for durability. The fireplace is a beautiful feature in the heart of the condo with a custom built mantle & surround.
