What's the Deal?

We need a seasoned Lead Carpenter who's got the chops to not only do the work but also run the show at our job sites and play nice with our trade partners. We're talking about someone adaptable, friendly, and ready to step into some big shoes. It's a sweet spot if you're aiming to climb the ladder to a supervisory role. You'll be juggling 60% hands-on work with 40% making sure everything's ticking along nicely. You'll need to be as handy with a hammer as you are with leading the team, keeping the lines of communication open with everyone, and ensuring projects wrap up on time and budget. Oh, and keeping things safe on-site is a biggie too.



  • What You’ll Be Up To:

    • Nailing all kinds of carpentry work, from the basics to the fancy finishings.
    • Ordering materials and keeping and eye on the budget.
    • Juggling the project schedule like a pro.
    • Keeping tabs on the daily goings-on with our trade buddies.
    • Problem-solving with the pre-construction and project management gang.
    • Leading the field team to get the job done right and on time.
    • Making sure the project sticks to the plan, budget, and quality standards.
    • Overseeing all the construction action.
    • Keeping track of all the project deets, including daily updates.
    • Engaging in weekly on-site meetings with our clients.
    • Catching up with the operations manager about how things are going.

    What You Need To Bring:

    • At least 5 year. in the trenches as a lead carpenter, foreman, or project manager with some remodeling know-how.
    • A driver’s license that’s good to go and your own set of wheels.
    • A track record of getting projects across the finish line on time and within budget.
    • Being able to make sense of architectural plans is a plus.
    • Knowing the ins and outs of residential construction, including the rules, how things should flow, and the best way to build stuff.
    • Solving problems on your own like a champ.
    • Ace time management, leadership, and chat skills.
    • Ready to get to grips with BuilderTrend software or maybe you’re already a wizard at it!

    • $32-35 per hour, with payday every other week.

SKILLED CARPENTER

We're on the lookout for a super skilled carpenter who's got a wide range of talents. If you're the kind of person who's not only hardworking and reliable but also great with people and staying organized, we'd love to hear from you. Got an apprenticeship in carpentry under your belt or similar experience? Perfect!

We're a big-time remodeling company, so our projects are all over the map in terms of what we're working on. You could be doing anything from tearing stuff down, building cool decks, putting in new windows, laying down floors, installing cabinets, sorting out the interior finishes, to some light framing.

In this gig, you'll be teaming up closely with a lead carpenter, lending your skills to our remodels, and making sure everything's up to code. So, if you're ready to bring your A-game and work well with others, come join us!

    • Dive into cool projects, where your attention to detail makes all the difference.

    We’d Love It If You:

    Have about 5 years of experience in making homes look amazing with your carpentry skills.
    • Can show us some of your incredible work.
    • Are good with reading and interpreting all those technical drawings and plans.
    • Care about the little details and take pride in your work.
    • Are easy to got along with and can chat and work well with others.
    • Have a driver’s license and your own ride.
