JEREMY DOUCET

Jeremy began his career in the construction industry at an early age, jumping in to learn whatever he could from whomever he could. He brings over two decades of home renovation experience to the company. Recognizing the need for better representation in the industry, Jeremy founded Lighthouse Contracting Group, providing comprehensive large scale remodeling services for homes in the greater Gilford area. Jeremy’s discovery and success within the construction industry at a young age drives his passion in workforce development which lead him to the Lakes Region Home Builders and Remodelers Association. As current president of the LRBRA he collaborates with other local professionals to stay current on trends & codes as well as provide opportunities for the next generation to enter the workforce and learn the craft. When Jeremy is not working you can find him riding his snowmobile, motorcycle or mountain bike and spending time with his family on the lake or traveling.

Operations Manager

DAVID ALLAIRE

David has always had a fond love of architecture and how living spaces can be designed to make a house feel like a home. David studied Architecture and Business at RWU in Bristol, RI. His education steered him into the fine art of woodworking and has been crafting fine furniture and kitchens for over 35 years in VT, Arizona and the US Virgin Islands. With decades of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Lighthouse Contracting Group. David ensures that all of our projects run smoothly and our teams have what they need in order to be efficient and effective. You can always find him ready to share his sense of humor with a warm coffee in hand and a smile on his face. When he’s not at work, David can be found gardening, mountain biking, and hanging with his significant other and motley crew of dogs calls family.

CODY MACPHERSON

Cody brings a wealth of expertise to the LCG team, having been involved in various trades from a young age. While studying for his degree in Architectural Engineering and Design at NHTI Concord's Community College, Cody worked as a concrete worker, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry. He then transitioned into metal roofing and siding for a year before further expanding his skills in carpentry, where he worked on home renovation projects from start to finish. In his downtime, Cody is an adrenaline junkie, indulging in hobbies such as dirt biking, attending car shows, and snowboarding, while also being a devoted animal lover and spending quality time with his dog Sophie. Cody is excited to take on new challenges and be part of the close-knit and supportive culture at Lighthouse.

JASON CHILVERS

 Jason's career at Lighthouse began as an apprentice, after meeting Jeremy at the Huot Technical Center. Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, he quickly impressed the team and joined the crew full time upon graduating from Gilford High School. Jason’s interest in high quality craftsmanship and eagerness to learn fast tracked him into an Assistant Lead Carpenter position after just a few short years. In Jason’s free time he enjoys fishing and hunting as much as he can while also taking time to ride his motorcycle.

Journeyman Carpenter

JOSH BOLDUC

Josh launched his remodeling career by enrolling in classes at the Huot Technical Center, where he also completed OSHA 10 training. Following his graduation, he spent over five years working for local general contractors and builders, honing his skills in everything from building foundations to constructing roofs. Bill Wood introduced Josh to Lighthouse Contracting, where he found his niche in kitchen remodeling projects. In his downtime, Josh enjoys outdoor gatherings around a bonfire and playing billiards with his family.

Journeyman Carpenter

AARON BRUNT

As a part-time member of the LCG team, Aaron brings a breadth of experience from the manufacturing, automotive, and remodeling industries. He has a keen eye for process and procedure, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean job site. Aaron always brings great energy to our job sites. He completes every task with enthusiasm and a smile on his face. In his free time, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog, while pursuing his passion for music by writing and composing songs.

Apprentice

KURTIS JOBIN

As an apprentice, Kurtis is eager to learn and develop his skillset. Kurtis was born and raised in Laconia, New Hampshire and recently graduated from Laconia High School. During his time there he was enrolled in a two year long building construction course at the Huot Technical Center. It was here where he found his interest and passion in the construction industry. You can find Kurtis hanging out with his friends or working on trucks in his time outside of work.

KELSEA DOUCET

Project Coordinator

 After transitioning from her career in education, Kelsea joined Lighthouse to support the team and growth of the company. As Jeremy’s wife, she has had the privilege of witnessing the business grow and develop, giving her a unique perspective. Having had experience with many of her own projects, Kelsea developed an interest in the design and construction process. She embraces that passion by supporting our clients and team through the preconstruction process. When she is not in the office or on the job site, Kelsea loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, dog and friends, while enjoying outdoor adventures such as skiing, hiking, and boating.
