Occasionally when we are the right fit for the project and client we do take on new construction. However, full scale residential renovations are our niche and unique specialty.

Typically our projects are within 30 minutes from Gilford, NH.

This timeline varies depending on the scope and size of the project. A smaller project may take 4-8 months to plan and a larger 10-16 months to plan.

After an initial phone consultation, is our on-site consultation, which usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. During this meeting, we'll get to know you better and start building a strong working relationship. We'll walk through the space together, ask questions, and gather all the information we need to present you with a pre-construction agreement. Our goal is to make sure we have a clear understanding of your needs and goals, so we can provide you with the best possible solutions for your project when we present you with a pre-construction agreement.
