LAKEFRONT CONDO RENOVATION
This lakefront condo has one of the best views in the complex. The client absolutely loved the location but was ready to make it more comfortable and fitting for their family. Some custom-built shelving solved their storage shortage.
The Success Story
The guest bathroom features in-floor radiant heat with a tiled tub surround and a double sink vanity. The master bath features a custom tile shower using limestone with a glass tile accent. We custom fabricated all the bullnose & baseboard out of the limestone tiles. The fireplace received a makeover with a stone veneer & birds-eye maple mantle. We refinished the existing hardwood floors, which added great value.
Layout & storage solutions were one of our main focuses. We built custom wood shelving in all of the closets, including a built in dresser with soft close drawers in the guest bedroom. Before the renovation, the Kitchen was a galley kitchen. Moving the sink & creating a space to walk through to the dining room area opened up the kitchen immensely. New windows featuring retractable screens offered a much clearer view of the lake & mountains.
