OUR DESIGN BUILD PROCESS
This is a consultative approach. We are looking to guide you through the design and planning process ensuring you get the best value possible. This is an approach focused on creating value and trust with you and exploring your needs before offering a tailored solution.
INITIAL PHONE CONSULTATION
We'll kick things off with an initial phone consultation that typically takes between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on the size and scope of your project. During this call, we'll chat about your goals and discuss the feasibility of the project. We'll also figure out if we're the right fit for your needs and, if possible, start to talk about preliminary budget ranges based on comparable projects we've done. If we all feel good about moving forward and can meet your desired timeline, we'll schedule an initial on-site consultation to get things rolling.
INITIAL ON-SITE CONSULTATION
Next up is our on-site consultation, which usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. During this meeting, we'll get to know you better and start building a strong working relationship. We'll walk through the space together, ask questions, and gather all the information we need to present you with a pre-construction agreement. Our goal is to make sure we have a clear understanding of your needs and goals, so we can provide you with the best possible solutions for your project when we present you with a pre-construction agreement.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Once you've signed the pre-construction agreement, it's time to start working on the design and development of your project. We'll schedule your first meeting with our designer and begin working through the pre-construction process. Our goal during this phase is to develop detailed plans, specifications, and material selections. By doing our due diligence upfront, we'll be able to provide you with a fixed price construction agreement and avoid any potential challenges or delays down the line. CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
Our Construction Agreement is a comprehensive document that outlines all the details of your project, including the final scope of work, payment schedule, project timeline, and material specifications. We'll provide you with plans and renderings to help you visualize the finished product, and any materials that haven't been finalized yet will be included as an allowance. Once you've reviewed and signed the Construction Agreement, our sales team will take care of ordering all the necessary materials and building a complete project file for our production team. We'll also introduce you to our project management platform, so you can stay in the loop and track the progress of your project.
PRODUCTION
We believe that communication is key to a successful construction project. We schedule an initial turnover meeting to introduce you to our experienced production manager and certified lead carpenter, who will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of your project from start to finish.
During this meeting, we'll also set up a recurring weekly meeting between the lead carpenter and you, our valued client. This dedicated time each week ensures that everyone is on the same page and any questions or concerns can be addressed promptly.
And because we understand that transparency is important to you, we also offer daily progress updates through our user-friendly project management platform. So, you can stay informed every step of the way and have peace of mind that your project is in good hands.
COMPLETION
We celebrate the completion of your construction project with a final walk-through involving you, the production manager, lead carpenter, and salesperson. During this time, we'll educate you on any products and maintenance requirements, address any concerns you may have, and seek your feedback to ensure your complete satisfaction.
