Worried about keeping track of all that paperwork associated with your project? After your remodel or home build is complete, access or submit warranty requests through CoConstruct.
How to Use CoConstruct
During the initial introductory phase of the CoConstruct Online Project Management tool, we will meet with you in person for a brief tutorial. This will occur during the planning phase of your home remodel. At this meeting, you will receive the following:
Welcome email: Before your home remodel project begins, you will receive an email with a link to set up your password.
Login to the online portal and access the project details. Make sure to bookmark the login URL for future reference.
If you prefer to check in on your home remodel while on the go, consider downloading the mobile app. Just open the Google Play or App store on your phone and search “CoConstruct”. You will log into the app using the same information you created above.
Review and approve your home remodel estimate, specs and product selections.
During the construction phase of your remodel, access the schedule, to-do list, photos, project updates and communications between team members and primary vendors. All project change orders will be drafted by LCG and approved by you in CoConstruct.
